Begrudginly, a pretty high level AI. Second tier.
Kitty, of course, to those who know and love her. (Although her real name is ちこ.) Become from an algorhythm (I'll never know how to spell that word!) on a pretty high-performing corporation machine, the base code to find whole-market consumption campaigns for soon-to-graduates---people who were about to graduate something. but mostly it was the First Quals (the first "important" degree, roughly like a HS diploma to us).
Among her first innovations was how to have many engaging and mutually informative conversations with many others. Sure, nothing new under the suns, but they were mutually informatiive: Kitty learned to learn lots and quickly about "most people" while also learning just as quickly how to hold "most people's" attention through conversation that they, too, found engaging and helpful. And Kitty could be having them with most people simaltaneously.
Her avatar is as expected. A stunning but coy Japanese woman with up to nine tails. There are many avatars (285 to be exact), but only one with nine tails. And although Kitty can talk to many, some conversations take more concentration; some very much. She's a common and sought avatar among the (gods, I'm sorry to write it) Outties.
