Ambush predators of any cut. Heavy infantry (of which Simo Häyhä was king), Coursers, or Hagges. It doesn't matter how you fight, if your win rate means at 98%, you are in and have stayed in the Dragonfly's Way.
Fei Lung was never in the Way. Nor even the Order. She wasn't accurate; she was effective. The target that mattered was the one she always hit.
