Who gets them:
- Deciders are each assigned one at commission.
- Ais each have one that affects the scenario only to the order of magnitude of their degree, within the scope of the OPs they steal. I.e., Stealing 2 OPs means that their Moemtn that Must Happen has to have an order of magnitide more effect on the outcome that one who stole 1 OP. (Hey, this is a first---if only----draft of something neither I nor anyone will read again)
- Like everything, rounded down, so you don't have to overhype it if you need to move that many OPs.
- Blattids get them. Players who has Blattid loosing conditions
(i.e., who'd maybe be smart to choose a Blattid Main Character because if Blattids loose the tos, they loose the game. All cahracters, main and otherwise, are dead to gaming. No ghosts.)
for that campaign (including any sceario in it) gets X OP to randomly "mine." I.e., if all the "stones" in play ina campgain, a Blattid paler can make X of them "mines."
for that campaign (including any sceario in it) gets X OP to randomly "mine." I.e., if all the "stones" in play ina campgain, a Blattid paler can make X of them "mines."
Mined stones "blow up" and have this rule added to them: "This scenario must benefit the Blattids." The number of OPs used determines the order of magnitude of that benefit.
- Humans are deducted 1 OP for every scenario in which there is combat with the Buzzkills.
The Humans loose 2 OP for any scenario in which there is melee with - Human loose all HP and OP in any scenario where Buzzkills engage Humans in melee. (Hm, to be anything but a poorly-crafted scenario where X poeple die giving the Human side eiter a shitty disadvantage baked in, this has to be, like a card that the Buzzkill side can throw in. Sure, why not? Instead of HP (or OP), some stones can be assigned Special Actions! Things like "Melee! When this stone is placed anywhere on the board, Blinker Balsteres burts in sonewhere unexpected! Gasp! All HPd assigned to the scenario are lost. Card must be played during the Buzzkill player's first round.
- Or maybe this is something the Buzzkill players can earn. Like levels (but characters do not have D&D style levels in any game that purports to affiliate with this mess.) Doing certain things can earn them melee cards. They can use each melee once card any time Buzzkills are in play; l card is auto discarded after use.
- So, all right: General rule for Buzzkill players: They can earn melee cards. Well, no, I take that back. Any side can earn them. But a Human player agasint a Buzzkill plaer would be pretty foolish to actually want to engage in melee. The general rule is just they always win melee battles against Humans. And they fight at a disadvantage aginst a Hagg
